Two new community members stepped up and volunteered to become new trustees. Please welcome Joe Scott and Brian Schoemaker to the PMHA. Frank Eisenhower and PJ Walsh have completed their long tenures and deserve many thanks. They did a terrific job.
The big takeaway from the annual meeting in Feb. was for the new trustees to work on getting the finances in order. From there, the next emphasis was on deed restriction enforcement and amendment. More information to come on both of these after the May trustee meeting.
