Design & Review Committee
Please contact the Design & Review committee members with plans of your patio, deck, or any other exterior changes for review. They meet periodically as needed. Approval by the design and review committee does not necessarily mean that it meets the code requirements of the county or township. You may also need to contact Berlin Township and/or Delaware County for necessary building permits and approvals. You may contact Berlin Township Zoning at 740-548-6350 .
To submit your proposed project to the committee please send an email to designreview@piattmeadows.com Your submission should include your address, a detailed plan of the proposed project, color chart, or any other information that helps the committee visualize your project.
